Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Stemacle apps and website. By using Stemacle you agree to them. Keep it simple: use your own music, respect other people's rights, and the tool is provided as is.
What Stemacle does
Stemacle separates audio you provide into drums, bass, vocals, and melody stems, and lets you play, loop, and export them. Processing runs on your device.
Use music you have the right to use
- Only import audio you own or have the right to use.
- You are responsible for how you use the stems you create, including any sharing, remixing, or publishing.
- Do not use Stemacle to infringe copyrights or other rights.
License
Stemacle grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. The app, its design, and the Stemacle name remain the property of the author. Stems you create from your own audio are yours.
No warranty
Stemacle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Separation quality varies by track. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including audio results or data loss.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as Stemacle evolves; the current version stays linked from the app. Privacy is covered separately.
